Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note: During new collection launches or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We charge a flat rate of $7 for orders shipped within the contiguous United States and we offer free domestic shipping on orders of $200 and above.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Holiday Shipping Cutoff:

  • Monday December 15th: Ground

  • Thursday December 18th: Expedited

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package can be processed through customs in their country. Customs procedures vary by location and may cause delays that are outside of our control, so we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery timelines for international shipments.


Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges required by your country’s customs office are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping fees shown at checkout.


If your package is delayed in customs, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information or updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your carrier link.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@Austin-Post.com within 7 days of delivery.


We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

For the holiday season, all purchases made now through the end of the year are eligible for return until JANUARY 15th. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note, $7 will be deducted from you return for a return shipping fee.

International customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering any associated return postage or fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
