Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We charge a flat rate of $7 for orders shipped within the contiguous United States and we offer free domestic shipping on orders of $200 and above.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@Austin-Post.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In addition, a $7 restocking fee applies to all returns.
