Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship out of our DC in Utah. Each piece is checked and packed by hand before it leaves us.
When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 2-3 business days. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking link to follow it home.
Do you ship internationally?
Yeah — we ship internationally to the below countries. Shipping times depend on where you’re at. Duties and taxes (if any) are handled by the customer when your package arrives.

My package hasn’t shown up — what should I do?
Shoot us an email at support@Austin-Post.com with your order number. We’ll help track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 14 days from when your order shows up to send something back. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. In addition, a $7 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
If we’ve got it in stock, no problem. If not, you can return it for a refund or store credit — whatever works best for you.
How do I start a return?
Email support@Austin-Post.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a return label and next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return comes in and gets inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation. Refunds usually hit your account within 3–5 business days.
Product & Fit
How does your sizing run?
Most of our pieces fit true to size. If you want a looser look, size up — if you like things clean and close, stick with your regular size.
Where are your products made?
Everything’s designed in Utah. Production happens in worldwide, depending on fabric and season. We work with makers who understand the kind of detail and feel we’re after.
Will you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Core pieces might come back — limited drops usually don’t. The best way to know is to sign up for the newsletter or follow us on Instagram @austinpostapparel.
Payments & Gift Cards
What payments do you take?
We take all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo and Shop Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is added at checkout based on where the order’s going.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yeah — digital gift cards are available here and never expire.

Do you have a store?
Not yet — everything’s online for now. Keep an eye on Instagram @austinpostapparel for pop-ups or collaborations.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email support@Austin-Post.com right away — we’ll do our best to update it.
What if something shows up damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll get it sorted quickly.
